Flangeless design lets valve body fit between two existing pipeline flanges.
Excellent Pressure and Flow Control for steam, gasses, various liquid, and fibrous slurries. The CVS V-100 ball valve design utilizes a standard ball with a triangular shaped wedge formed in it. This design allows for both throttling control and on/off service used in conjunction with a variety of actuators.

3-way cage guided design.
The CVS Series YD/YS Control Valves are a 3-way cage guided design, suitable for on/off service, or throttling applications.
The CVS Series YD is a balanced design for service requiring general converging/diverging applications.
The CVS Series YS in an unbalanced design suitable for converging applications. The CVS Series YS may also be used in diverging ON/OFF service.

High strength aluminum body casting and frame.
The CVS Series 50 Chemical Injection Pump is a positive displacement pump that uses a molded diaphragm to drive a piston through packing in the fluid end. The pump capabilities cover a broad range of applications due to the ability to achieve high discharge pressures (up to 12000 psi) and a wide volume range.

Excellent pressure and flow control.
CVS Controls Design EZ valves are globe-style with integral end connections, post guiding, and quick-change trim. Typical applications include chemical or hydrocarbon processing, as well as applications that require control of viscous, non-lubricating, or other hard-to-handle fluids.
End Connection Styles are flanged Class 150, 300, and 600 raised face, ring type joint or flat face as per ASME B16.5 or screwed/socket welding consistent with ASME B16.1.

Two styles available.
The CVS Series E is a single port, globe-style body with composition or metal seats and a balanced push-down-to-close valve action plug.
There are two styles of valve available, providing excellent pressure and flow control on steam, gasses, and various liquid applications.

Used in the oil and gas industry,
The CVS Series D and CVS Series DA are single port, screwed-in metal-seated valves with unbalanced post-guided valve plug, and push-down-to-close plug action used for high pressure applications. These valves are used in the oil and gas industry, and are especially useful for throttling or on/off control of liquids or gases, providing excellent pressure and flow control of steam, gasses, and various liquid processes.

Pneumatic spring-return actuator.
The CVS Series 1051/1052 Diaphragm Rotary Actuator is a pneumatic spring-return actuator designed for use with rotary-shaft control valves. This is a direct-acting actuator, and an increase in the loading pressure extends the diaphragm rod out of the spring barrel. The CVS Type 1051/1052 Actuator is suitable for on-off service, or for throttling service when used with a valve positioner. The Series 1052 Actuator includes a spring adjuster, which is suitable for use with or without a positioner.

Remote pressure loaders for pressure-balanced gas regulators.
The main application for the CVS 670 Series panel mounted loading regulator assemblies is in the manual control of pressure to diaphragm control valves. They are also used as remote pressure loaders for pressure-balanced gas regulators, and the control of gas pressure to burners in refinery tube stills, power plants, and other process furnaces.

Used for automatic operation of control valves.
The CVS Series 667 Actuator is a reverse acting, spring opposed diaphragm actuator used for automatic operation of control valves. Suitable for on/off or throttling service.

Suitable for on/off or throttling service.
The CVS Series 657 Actuator is a reverse acting, spring opposed diaphragm actuator used for automatic operation of control valves. Suitable for on/off or throttling service.

Regulators and relief valves.
The CVS 630 HP Series consists of a high pressure reducing regulator, and Type CVS 630R relief valve. These regulators and relief valves are furnished in either spring-loaded or pressure-loaded construction with 1 or 2 inch NPT screwed end connections and ASME Class 150 through 600 RF Flanged end connections.

Easy to maintain.
The CVS Series 627 regulator is a high and low pressure, direct operated pressure reducing regulator. Suitable for use in many applications, including air, natural gas, and other fuel gas sources.

Capable of high thrust applications.
The CVS Series 470 is a double acting pneumatic Piston Actuator, suitable for use with Globe, Angle, Three Way, and Reverse acting valves as well as Steam Equipment. Capable of high thrust applications to 19,500 lb-f, with a maximum travel to 8 1/8 inches.
The CVS Series 470 Actuator may be used in on/off applications, as well as throttling service when used with a positioner.

Reduces down time and helps increase efficiency.
The CVS Series 252 Filter may be utilized to filter air or clean gas prior to entering pressure pilots, pilot operated regulators, or pneumatic instruments that require clean mediums for continued and efficient operations. When using a CVS Series 252 Filter in the installation, it will prevent contaminants and moisture from entering the devices and equipment it is protecting. This will reduce down time for maintenance and help increase overall efficiency.

Useful for on-off high-pressure control of numerous gasses and liquids.
The CVS Series 128PQC Control Valve body assembly is suitable for on-off dump valve service in oil and gas production applications, in either sweet or sour gas conditions. This valve is also useful for on-off high-pressure control of numerous gasses and liquids, and can be used with materials that are viscous or erosive.
This is a single port valve with unbalanced stem-guided valve plug, and push-down-to-close valve plug action. Operated by a Type 128 spring-and-diaphragm actuator, the assembly can be operated in a normally open or normally closed application. This setting can be reversed in the field with minimum disruption and no additional parts.

Typically used for pneumatic and electro-pneumatic controllers.
The CVS Controls 67CFR Filter regulator is a pressure reducing supply regulator typically used for pneumatic and electro-pneumatic controllers, as well as other instrumentation equipment. The CVS 67CFR provides constant, clean air, or gas supply to devices requiring reduced pressures for control.

Comes in three body configurations.
The CVS Series EW valve bodies are single port, globe-style bodies with cage guiding, clamped seat rings, and push-down-to-close valve plug action. Providing excellent pressure and flow control on steam, gasses, and various liquid processes. This series features large end connections and expanded internal flow cavities. The series is available 8 x 6, 10 x 8, 12 x 6 and 12 x 8, 16 x 12, 20 x 16, 24 x 16, and 24 x 20-inch sizes. The first number refers to the line size, and the second refers to the trim and bonnet size.
