Measurement made easy.

The XFCG5 includes an Integral Multivariable Transducer (XIMV) to measure differential pressure, static pressure and temperature from a single differential pressure meter run. The XIMV is housed in a shielded, environmentally protected enclosure which is mounted inside the flow computer enclosure and is characterized and calibrated at Totalflow’s factory. Multi-tube capability is available in each unit and is easily invoked with a few configuration changes and interface connection to external transducers, either digital or analog.

The processing and memory capability of the XFCG5 allows the user to run more applications faster than ever before. Up to twenty (20) AGA3 measurement tubes performing full calculations once a second or eight (8) wells with fully configured control and measurement applications for liquid and gas.

The NGC8209, the C9+ natural gas chromatograph performs on-site natural gas analysis and heating value computation using an extended analysis.

On-line chromatograph techniques are used to provide N2 through C6+ data while a third column train is used to separate the C6+ fraction. The NGC8209 utilizes the modular and scaleable XSeries software framework to integrate data from a third analysis train into the standard C6+ analysis of the Natural Gas. The extra chromatographic information is provided as NC6’s, NC7’s, NC8’s and C9+ to provide this “extended analysis”. Heating value (CV), Wobbe, Relative Density (SG) and other calculations are performed using the combined analysis data in a similar manner to the NGC 8206. Hydrocarbon Dew Point (HCDP) and Speed of Sound (SOS) calculations are available options.

Sensi+, GLA533-NG model, is a single, compact natural gas analyzer that detects simultaneously multiple natural gas contaminants in real-time in complex and time-varying natural gas streams.

This natural gas contaminants analyzer is based on a unique tunable diode laser (TDL) technology known as Off-Axis Integrated Cavity Output Spectroscopy (OA-ICOS™).

It provides continuous measurements of Hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), carbon dioxide (CO₂), and water (H₂O) which represent both a safety and a pipeline integrity risk.

Sensi+ natural gas technical analysis provides accurate measurement and facilitates fast response time for quick actions to process upsets.

Sensi+ is not only an essential tool for natural gas measurement for custody transfer, tariff compliance, and process monitoring but it also protects natural gas pipelines, storage facilities, and other mission-critical assets.

Reliably providing the most accurate measurement of DP, SP, temperature, and diagnostics every single second.

The 266 Modbus multivariable provides precise and reliable measurement of differential pressure, static pressure, temperature (from an external RTD) and diagnostic information once every second, to flow computers and RTUs. Individual device Modbus addresses can easily be configured using the optional keypad/display or using the XMV Interface application in ABB’s Totalflow flow computers or RTUs. This application creates a “plug and play” interface to the multivariable sensor and indicates any active alarms that may be present in easily understood text. The combination of ABB’s Totalflow flow computer or RTU and one or more ABB 266 Modbus multivariables makes an ideal solution when multi-tube measurement is required or when the transmitters must be located in a Class I, Division 1 hazardous location.

The compact head mounted temperature transmitter type from ABB is designed for standard type B sensor heads. The advantage increased measuring accuracy resulting from conversion of the sensor signal into a stable output signal close to the sensor. When using thermocouples, no compensating cables are therefore required.

The TTF200 HART temperature transmitter completes the TTx200 / TTx300 product family in proven two-wire technology.

The two-channel temperature transmitter TTH300 with HART, PROFIBUS PA or FOUNDATION Fieldbus in two-wire technology has extensive functions and diagnostic options for all applications. For the new TTH300 HART, these have been expanded once again and the user-friendliness has been further improved.
